Dr. Vang is a Doctor of Dental Surgery and a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force, Minnesota Air National Guard.  He is also the founder of Vang Dental, Inc.  


Dr. Vang is a highly respected individual and leader in the Hmong Community.  He has been featured numerous times in the press and in public for his dental work and service in the Minnesota Air National Guard.  Despite being grandparents along with running a busy dental practice and service in the Minnesota Air National Guard, Dr. Vang and Song Lee makes every effort to be visible and contributes on a daily basis to the Hmong Community and community at large. 



Dr. Rebecca Graetz is a Sr. Online Instructional Design Consultant with the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in the Division of Online Learning and Continuing Education.  She currently consults and coaches instructors on quality course design helping to ensure that online courses are accessible for those with neurodiversity and as well as inclusive to everyone.  

Dr. Graetz earned her college degrees debt free (6 degrees from 2002 to 2014) by seeking funding from grants and scholarships.  She is passionate about education and helping those follow the path she did, especially post traditional students. 

Mia N. Moau sole practitioner with Mai N. Moua Law Office from January 2014 to the present. Mai Neng is responsible for overseeing personal injury cases, including no fault and bodily injury claims, arbitration, and mediation, as well as immigration cases including naturalization with and without a medical waiver, family and employment based immigration petition, asylum, waiver of inadmissibility, and removal defense.

She currently serves as the Vice President of the Hmong American Bar Association; Past Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) – Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter; AILA-MN/Dakotas Ambassador to the American Immigration Council; and sits on the Board of Directors of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Minnesota, Board of Trustees for the Hmong American Education Fund (HAEF), and Prairie Seeds Academy.  She was also recognized by Minnesota Lawyer in 2017 as one of the Attorneys of the Year.


Bill Tilton has been a Minnesota lawyer since graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School with a J.D. in 1977.  In over four decades of practice, he has obtained many superlative settlements and verdicts for his clients, with record results in several categories.  His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death matters, particularly medical malpractice.  Bill has been on the Board of Directors (2013-2016) and Board of Trustees (2017- current).
