Dr. Kue is the current owner of Sun Pharmacy in Brooklyn Center, Como Pharmacy in St. Paul, and the former Moob Pharmacy. He has experience in both secondary and post-secondary education where he served as a School Board in the city of Providence, RI and Coordinator/Counselor for the RIEOC. He also served as Board of Directors in numerous non-profit organizations in the past and throughout the Twin Cities. Dr. Kue is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for HAEF.
Stacy Xiong, JD - CoChair/Board of Directors

Stacy is a Tax Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she consults Fortune 100 companies all over the US on state and local tax issues. Stacy volunteers to teach financial literacy, college and career readiness and entrepreneurship education to K-12 students through Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest. She also volunteers with KIPP MN to help develop students with their academic and character strengths needed for college and choice filled lives. In the past, she has managed her older brother’s local political campaign where they won. Most recently, she is managing his new campaign for the Minnesota House of Representative for Senate District 53A. Stacey Xiong is a Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for HAEF.

Dr. Hnouchi Patricia Lochungvu, is currently a family physician with Allina Health. Dr. She completed her residency training in family medicine at the Mercy Family Health Center (Dignity Health) in Sacramento, California. Dr. Lochungvu is also the granddaughter of the late Phagna Touby Lyfoung. Outside of medicine, she enjoys rooting for local teams at sporting events, exploring new restaurants around the city, staying active by playing a variety of sports, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. Dr. Lochungvu is a member of the Board of Directors for HAEF.

Dr. Lee grew up in Wisconsin. After completing his Doctor of Chiropractic, he moved to the Twin Cities and is one of the first few Hmong Doctors to open its own private practice. Dr. Lee has also published in numerous journals such as The Journal of Investigative Dermatology and BBA – Bioenergetics. Dr. Lee is passionate about the field of Chiropractic and good health. He is also the current owner of Community Health Chiropractic Clinic,P.A., in Saint Paul, MN. Dr. Lee is a member of the Board of Directors for HAEF.

He also founded his own organizations and has served on numerous nonprofit, civic and charitable boards throughout the Twin Cities.
